We aim to take a hands-on consultative approach with all of our project and collaborating closely with our clients is always top priority.
We will use online collaboration tools such as basecamp and inVision to showcase our designs and collect feedback in addition to face to face meetings, screen sharing conferences and phone calls.
During the development phase of our projects, we host the latest build of the sites on our staging server and collect ongoing feedback in basecamp. All of our code is version controlled on a secure remote server.
Throughout the project, basecamp will be used as the single point of reference for user training guides, discussions, project tasks, ongoing amends and milestones. This resource will be available after going live and for the remainder of our involvement in the website.
Taking this approach allows us to keep our clients informed at all times whilst at the same time ensuring that we are meeting the brief as expected.
