We’ve worked with Skedaddle since 2008 to manage and develop their customer-facing and back office systems, including their front-end websites and intranet.
We redesigned and rebuilt their websites, implemented new payment and account management systems to enhance the customer buying experience.
We designed and developed back office systems to help manage operations, accounts, customer feedback and logistics.
We continue to work with Skedaddle to develop and enhance their online business, managing and maintain web hosting, security and dns. We also provide ongoing consultancy on all things web-related.
After considering several web designers, we chose Root Solutions. It was a good choice because in our meeting to discuss our requirements for a new web site, Simon Gamester clearly listened to us and the first draft of the new site was very close to the brief and only minor adjustments were required.
